Emerging Travel Group is hiring remote specialists who have already relocated from Russia/Belarus.

Job responsibilities

• Solve business problems by applying daily AI (LLMs, no-code tools).
• Identify and prioritize use cases, prototype them, and bring them to a working state.
• Ensure the independent use of AI across business functions.
• Define, evaluate, and manage metrics for the effectiveness of daily AI implementation (P&L, customer metrics, employee performance, etc.).
• Drive the development of an internal AI community focused on business challenges.
• Monitor the AI tools market and integrate solutions to address business challenges.

Key qualifications

• Experience applying AI/LLM to solve real-world business problems (not research, but implementation and use).
• Hands-on experience with LLM and AI tools (prompting, orchestration, no/low-code, automation).
• Strong understanding of business metrics: P&L, unit economics, customer metrics, operational efficiency.
• Ability to independently identify use cases and bring solutions to a working state without involving development.
• Ability to quickly grasp new AI tools and apply them to specific tasks.
• Experience interacting with business stakeholders and implementing process changes.
• Skill in prioritizing tasks based on business impact.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• English language proficiency at B2+.

A plus:

• Experience building or developing an internal AI community.
• Basic understanding of data/DS (sufficient to assess limitations and risks).

У PO этого направления будет 2 выделенные команды, которые развивают полный спектр аналитических инструментов — от классического фундаментального и технического анализа до передовых AI-решений. Ваша роль как Product Owner — формировать стратегию и управлять продуктами, которые становятся основой для принятия инвестиционных решений тысяч пользователей.

Задачи

• Разработка стратегии продукта, создание и защита роадмапа.
• Коммуникация с внутренними и внешними заказчиками, фильтрация потока запросов и преобразование его в четкий Product Backlog, подготовка User Stories.
• Организация и поддержка процесса генерации и проверки гипотез.
• Работа с продуктовыми и бизнес-метриками как с участием аналитика, так и самостоятельно.
• Оценка продуктовых инициатив на предмет соответствия регуляторным требованиям во всех регионах (в синхронизации с Compliance-отделом), соблюдение этих требований.

Требования

• Опыт в роли Product Owner (цифровые продукты) от 2-3 лет.
• Опыт работы с выделенной командой разработки.
• Базовое понимание технических аспектов разработки и способность разобраться в достаточно сложной бизнес-логике.
• Cпособность выявлять реальные потребности и боли пользователей и превращать их в основу для исследований и развития продукта.
• Опыт сбора данных и отслеживания продуктовых метрик.
• Опыт формирования роадмапа продукта (или его части) и декомпозиции верхнеуровневых целей.
• Инновационное мышление, опыт работы с PnL.
